Welcome to my portfolio. My work is grounded in psychology, with a focus on developmental and personality processes and how they shape identity, learning, and behavior. As a psychology major concentrating in developmental psychology, Iām especially interested in the intersections of development, neurodiversity, and evidence-based thinking.
I explore how people grow and make sense of themselves through both research and personal reflection, including a commitment to OCD awareness and more nuanced conversations around mental health. Alongside my writing, I build and organize knowledge in ways that are practical, reflective, and research-informed. This space brings together my academic interests, ongoing projects, and evolving perspectives.
